1. Shipping Areas

We ship orders from our warehouse located in Greater Sydney, New South WalesAt this time, we deliver to all Australian states and territories, including:

  • New South Wales
  • Victoria
  • Oueensland
  • South Australia
  • Western Australia
  • Tasmania
  • Australian Capital Territory
  • Northern Territory

We do not ship to PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers, or military/protected locations.

2. Processing Time

Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed
Orders placed during weekends, public holidays, or promotional periods may requireadditional processing time.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation Email with trackingdetails.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

All deliveries are made via SF Express Australia (顺丰澳洲).

NSW (Metro) 1-3 business days
NSW (Regional) 2-5 business days
VIC/QLD (Metro) 2-4 business days
SA/WA (Metro) 3-6 business days
TAS/NT/Regional Areas 4-8 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to weather, courier delays, peak seasons, or remote addresses.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on weight, delivery address, and courier rates. From time to time, we may offer free shipping promotions based on order value or campaign period.

5. Tracking Your Order

After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to track your shipment via SF Express Australia.
Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to update after the parcel is dispatched.

6. Failed Delivery / Returned Parcels

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • incorrect address
  • unsuccessful delivery attempts
  • unclaimed items

we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Additional shipping fees may apply. Shipping fees for returned parcels are non-refundable.

7. Damaged or Lost Parcels

If your parcel arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected time frame:

Please contact us at ANTAAUSSUPPORT@ANTA.COM within 7 days of the estimated delivery date.
We will assist you with investigation and claims through SF Express Australia.
